Reggie is a current cheerleader at Jacksonville State University.  Reggie cheered at Tumblebeez and has coached at Tumblebeez and Decatur Elite.  Reggie currently teaches tumbling and stunting and coaches Team No Fear and Team Monster.

Kara cheered at The University of Alabama in Birmingham as well as at Moody High School.  Kara has coached at ACE All-Stars of Alabama before coming to Sidelines.  Kara is the gym assistant manager and teaches tumbling, stunting and coaches Team Red Bull, Team Throwdown and Team Rockstar.

Deanna serves as our office manager and can be seen daily behind our front desk.  Deanna is the mother of two Surge All-Stars and has a history of managing sporting facilities such as River Oaks Golf Club and Trussville Country Club.

Fran has been involved in cheerleading for many years.  Fran was a cheerleader at Clay Chalkville High School as well as UAB for four years and has taught cheernastics, tumbling and stunting for nine years previously at Cheer Tech Cheer Gym.  Fran specializes on technique of tumbling as well as cleaning of motions and jumps.

Keri was a cheerleader at Clay Chalkville High School as well as UAB for an additional four years.  Keri has taught tumbling and stunting for five years at Cheer Tech Cheer Center and has worked with several school squads on competition routines and perfection of tumbling, jumps and motions skills.

Emeli is a current Surge All-Star and has been so for three seasons.  Emeli also cheers at St. Clair County High School.  Emeli is a member of our student coaching program and currently is an assistant coach with our Team BooKoo tiny allstars team

Savannah is a member of the High Fly All-Stars program.  Savannah has previously cheered for United Wolfpack all stars (4 years) and Surge All Stars (2 years).  Savannah also is a member of the Moody High School Cheerleading team.  Savannah is a member of our student coaching program and currently works with our all star program. 

Jeromy is a Surge All-Star Cheerleader and a graduate from St. Clair County High School.  Jeromy is a student teacher and works with our Level 1, 2 and stunting classes

Regional Hip Hop legend Tyrell Scott has now made his way to Sidelines Sports Academy.  Tyrell will be teaching our hip hop classes for all ages and will be coaching our High Fly All Stars competition hip hop teams.  Tyrell is known nationally as one of the premier freestyle hip hop dancers in the Southeast.  Tyrell has performed on various levels of stages, from concerts to Alabama Ballet.  Tyrell will also be teaching Crunk Fitness, a hip hop style excercise and fitness program.

Ashlynne began her training, under Yvonne Williams of the Pittsburg Ballet Theatre in Jacksonville, FL. After three years, following her families move back to their home state; she continued her training under, Karen Gibb, David Herriott & Clinton & Carrie Rothwell with Community Ballet; home of the Huntsville Ballet Company. At age eleven she joined Junior Company and at age 14 was promoted to Senior Company. Throughout the seasons at HBC, she danced principal and soloist roles in The Nutcracker, Alice in Wonderland, and many other full length ballets. In 2007, she and David Kiyak, also of Huntsville Ballet, represented the company at Regional Dance America’s National 50th Anniversary Festival in Pittsburg, Pa. Here they were awarded the Joshua Bridger Carlino award as top Male and Female dancer. The pas de deux also landed them in Dancer Magazine’s August issue. In 2008 she was asked to travel to Chico, California to perform Torelli, one of Twyla Tharp’s famous pieces. There along with six other dancers, she spent 3 weeks performing in the 20 minute modern phenomenon. At 18 she was given an apprenticeship with the Alabama Ballet Company under the directorship of Tracey Alvey and Roger Van Fleteren. She completed two seasons with the company and danced roles in the Nutcracker, Cinderella, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, Don Quixote, and many others. As well as dancing, she has been teaching for the Alabama Ballet’s City Dance program.This fall she will be attending Birmingham Southern College under a dance scholarship and pursue a career in Dance Education along with Business Administration.  Ashlynne will be teaching Ballet and Jazz at Sidelines Sports Academy beginning in July 2010

Cole has a pedigree of coaching and competing in cheerleading that is a mile long.  Cole has cheered at Columbus State University (where he won a national title), Troy University, and Faulkner State College.  Cole has coached at such gyms as: ACX All Stars (Myrtle Beach, SC), Odyssey All Stars (Charlotte, NC), ACE All Stars (Birmingham, Al), Surge All Stars (Moody, Al), United Wolfpack All Stars (Birmingham, Al) and more.  Cole is a judge for several different competition companies and provides many teams nationally with championship choreography.
